Our Projects

Structural, Geotechnical Investigation, and Retrofitting Works of an Existing 3 Storey Building
The scope included a thorough structural investigation to assess the building’s condition, followed by the successful implementation of retrofitting measures to enhance its safety and resilience. Geotechnical investigations were also carried out to evaluate soil conditions and ensure long-term foundation stability. The project was completed and delivered a fully upgraded and structurally sound building that now meets modern engineering and safety standards.

Construction of Additional floor and extension of a Two Storey Building in Lemery, Batangas
Our design and construction team perform a structural investigation before we proceed to construction. An additional floor is constructed and additional extension of th building to add more space for the additional rooms. This building is now functioning and located at Lemery, Batangas.

Lacsada Masjid located at Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur
Vis Vires Engineering Services is proud to showcase our collaboration on this stunning architectural development, designed by the esteemed Arch. Abdul Rafi Pangandaman and structurally engineered by our very own Engr. Eress Allen De Roxas, MSCE.
This project merges timeless elegance with modern engineering principles, ensuring both beauty and durability. From grand arches and domes to efficient load paths and seismic resilience, every detail is backed by expert analysis and creative flair.

Structural Retrofitting of an Existing Reinforced Concrete Column
Our team performed column jacketing using additional reinforcement and concrete encasement to increase the load-bearing capacity and ensure long-term structural integrity. The photo shows the installation of vertical and horizontal rebars as part of the strengthening process.
Temporary supports and shoring were provided during the intervention to maintain safety while work was carried out.

Structural Investigation and Retrofitting Using Carbon Fiber Wrap
This project involved the retrofitting and structural strengthening of existing concrete elements in a building located in Lemery, Batangas. Our team implemented Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) wrapping technology to enhance the load-bearing capacity of structural columns and walls.
The process included surface preparation, epoxy application, carbon fiber sheet installation, and careful curing to ensure proper bonding and performance.

Structural Strengthening of RC Bridge Girder with CFRP Wrap
During post-construction assessment, it was identified that the reinforced concrete (RC) girders of this infrastructure project were not prestressed as originally designed, which compromised their structural stiffness and load-carrying performance.
The girders exhibited flexural weakness and excessive deflection, prompting the project consultants to recommend retrofitting using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) wrap.

Structural Design Project – 4-Storey Residential Building
This 4-storey residential building project involved the structural analysis, design, and modeling of reinforced concrete elements, ensuring structural integrity, stability, and compliance with local engineering standards. The design includes detailed load assessments and 3D modeling to optimize the building's performance and safety throughout its service life.

Structural Assessment and Design Analysis of Building Extension
This project involves the structural design of a 5-storey commercial facility engineered for long-term scalability. One of the key design challenges addressed was the seamless integration of a future extension while maintaining structural independence between the existing and future phases.
To meet this, the structure was designed with a strategic seismic gap, a critical component that allows the buildings to perform as separate units under seismic loading, reducing the risk of pounding while visually and functionally presenting as a single integrated complex. The design also accounted for loading, connection points, and foundation alignment to ensure efficient and cost-effective future expansion.

Structural Design of a Two Storey Residential Building
This two-storey residential building located in Novaliches, Quezon City was structurally designed by Vis Vires Building Design. The project involved the structural planning and analysis necessary to ensure safety, stability, and long-term durability, adhering to local building codes and standards. The design accommodates the architectural layout while optimizing the structural system for load-bearing performance and seismic resistance.

Design and Construction of Two Storey Residential Structure
This project involved the complete structural design, analysis, and drafting works for a two-storey apartment located in Calapan, Mindoro. The structure was engineered for safety, functionality, and compliance with local standards. All works were completed in coordination with the project contractor, Engr. Winston Rojas.
